Below are the details of our policy regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.
1. 2-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns & Refunds)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you simply change your mind, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Time Frame: You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
Options Available:
Replacement: Exchange the item for a different product.
Full Refund: Receive 100% of your money back.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return under this section, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Note: Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement due to “change of mind.”
Rs.50 charge will be taken for the welfare of delivery boy.
2. Warranty Policy (Technical Faults)
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your product develops a technical fault or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, you are covered under our warranty.

Warranty Resolution Process

Verification: We may ask for images or a short video to verify the technical fault.
Resolution: Once verified, the defective product will be replaced.
Timeline: The replacement process is fast—your new product will be dispatched and changed within 4 to 5 business days.
3. General Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following conditions:
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number from the JRK Mobissories app is required for all returns and warranty claims.
Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover physical damage caused by the user (e.g., dropped items, water damage, or wear and tear). It strictly covers technical/manufacturing faults.
Missing Items: Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and boxes.
